 Kristin Volk understands the life-saving power of blood donation. Kristin survived a
car accident that left her with a titanium rod in her leg and required multiple blood transfusions to save her life. Today, Kristin enjoys living life the fullest and spreading goodwill to others through Bonfils' Ambassador Program.

 Bert Hermelink knows first hand the importance of blood donation. Bert was diagnosed with refractory anemia that required more than 75 units of blood and a bone marrow transplant to save his life. Thanks to loyal blood and marrow donors, Bert is now healthy and greatly appreciates the donors who saved his life.

 Danielle Percival has been a long time blood donor, but never realized it would someday save her life. Following a surgery, Danielle received 29 blood transfusions and four units of plasma in only 48 hours. Today, Danielle is healthy and encourages others in the community to understand the importance of blood, organ and tissue donation.
